Call for Speakers - AALT 2015 Conference

Planning is underway for the next AALT Conference, to be held in Canmore, Alberta from May 28 -31, 2015. This is your opportunity to contribute to the success of AALT 2015 by presenting at the conference.

The theme for this year is Libraries in Transition. Your Conference Committee is looking for presentations that address this theme, the daily work of library technicians or health and wellness

Are you working on an interesting project? Tried something new at your library? Or, do you have great tips for improving one's work or personal life? We all have skills, knowledge and stories to share. AALT 2015 wants to hear all about the great work you do.

If you would like to submit a session proposal for AALT 2015, please complete this online form.

Thank you.

I signed up to help with the silent auction for the conference in Canmore. The lady that i was going to help; i did not get her name. Please can you supply me with a name and email so that i may contact her about the items. Has the conference moved to a new hotel or has the hotel changed its' name?
It would be so nice if you could post the cost of the conference, as we can apply for pd money from out school district and if it is too late and the money is gone..... we have to pay for it ourselves. This is why, it would be so nice if we knew what the cost would be for the conference. Thanks and have a wonderful Christmas season.

I will have to find out the name of the silent auction co-ordinator and get back to you.

The conference has not moved to another hotel in Canmore. The Hotel changed from the Radisson to the Coast Canmore Hotel and Conference Centre.

We will be posting registration costs for the Conference within the next two weeks so keep checking back.
